5 Ways to Conceal Under-Eye Circles, Without Makeup

Here are 5 make-up free ways to conceal your under-eye circles.
1.Elevate Your Head.
If you know you won’t be able to sleep as much as usual, (or even fell asleep with your contact lenses in!) double up on your pillows. By keeping your head slightly elevated, you will reduce the amount of fluid that accumulates underneath your eyes.
2.Get Moving.
Even if you’re time strapped, try just doing some jumping jacks, squats of pushups in the morning to help get your heart rate up. By increasing your heart rate, you improve your body’s circulation, which helps not only increase your energy level but also reduce under-eye bags and circles.
3.Make an Egg White Mask.
If puffiness is your primary concern, an egg white mask will help tighten the skin around your eyes. Use your finger to dab a thin layer of raw egg white on the skin around your eyes, leave it on until it dries (about 15 minutes) and then rinse it off with warm water.
4.Use Tea Compresses.
When you wake up, steep two caffeinated tea bags in warm water before squeezing out the excess water and placing them in the refrigerator. While you shower and begin to get ready, the tea bags will cool. Once chilled, place one bag over each eye for up to fifteen minutes minutes. The cool compress will help reduce puffiness while the caffeine helps reduce circles and bags as well.
5.Apply Caffeinated Eye Cream.
Everyone should own an eye cream with caffeine as an active ingredient. It constricts blood vessels to diminish discoloration and reduce puffiness. For an added bonus, keep it in the refrigerator so the chill can simultaneously work to ease your under-eye woes.
