“Rukhsana got to know about my second marriage after four years when it was published in the newspaper. The story was written by Tahir Sarwar Mir because it was true, and Saima herself had told him. Rukhsana read the news, remained silent, and didn’t discuss it with me. Although she was upset, she accepted my decision. She was a very supportive wife.”

“Saima was shooting for a film in Iqbal Town, near our residence. The crowd became uncontrollable, so she decided to take a break in a nearby house. Her driver took her to my house. At that time, my wife Rukhsana was not at home. When she returned, she asked, ‘Who is in the house?’ The servants replied, ‘Saima.’ She was shocked but didn’t create a scene. Instead, she went into the kitchen, prepared tea and snacks, handed them over to the servants, and went to her room.”
