As the blessed month of Ramadan 2025 approaches, the Saudi government has announced a special initiative for Muslims worldwide. This year, Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and Masjid al-Nabwi in Madinah will host exclusive Quran learning programs, allowing participants to enhance their Quranic recitation and Tajweed skills under the guidance of expert scholars.
A Divine Opportunity for Quranic Learning
These specially designed courses will focus on:
✅ Correct Recitation – Learning to recite the Quran with fluency and accuracy.
✅ Tajweed Rules – Mastering pronunciation and articulation.
✅ Memorisation Techniques – Strengthening Hifz skills under expert supervision.
With the presence of skilled instructors, this initiative will offer a structured and immersive experience to those wishing to perfect their Quranic recitation.
Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, the head of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, stated that these courses aim to enhance participants’ understanding and proficiency in Quranic recitation, ensuring they follow the correct pronunciation and Tajweed rules.
A Global Educational Initiative
In addition to the in-person Quran learning sessions at the two Holy Mosques, a global educational project will be launched, making Quranic education accessible to a wider audience. This initiative will help Muslims worldwide engage in a spiritually enriching journey during the sacred month.
