Tango Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- Ripened mango (Peeled and diced) 1 Cup
- Lemon Juice 2 table spoons
- Tomato seeded and diced Half cup
- Fresh coriander leaves 2 table spoons
- Fresh mint leaves 2 table spoons
- Fresh green chilies seeded 2 chopped
- Bell pepper ( red green or yellow) One chopped
- Salt ½ tea spoon
- Packet of ready to eat nacho crisps
Method
- Mix in all the ingredients (except nachos) and keep in fridge for an hour. Just before serving, heat nachos in a very hot oven just for 2 minutes. Serve hot and crispy nachos with mango salsa.
