Tango Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • Ripened mango (Peeled and diced) 1 Cup
  • Lemon Juice 2 table spoons
  • Tomato seeded and diced Half cup
  • Fresh coriander leaves 2 table spoons
  • Fresh mint leaves 2 table spoons
  • Fresh green chilies seeded 2 chopped
  • Bell pepper ( red green or yellow) One chopped
  • Salt ½ tea spoon
  • Packet of ready to eat nacho crisps

Method

  • Mix in all the ingredients (except nachos) and keep in fridge for an hour. Just before serving, heat nachos in a very hot oven just for 2 minutes. Serve hot and crispy nachos with mango salsa.
