How to quench your thirst in Ramazan?

Its summer! It’s hot! & it’s Ramazan! So we bring you here a list of juices and smoothies that are cool, soothing and refreshing! The following are a few thirst quenchers that are yummy and invigorating!

Spinach Veggie Mix

Core the apple, and juice 1/2 the apple, 3 carrots, 2 stalks of celery, ½ cucumber and 1 cup of spinach. Serve immediately

Berry Juice

Core 1 apple. Juice 2 cups strawberries,2 cups blueberries, 1 apple and 1 1/2 cup raspberries. Serve.

Honeydew-Basil Water

Preparation:
Place 1 cup ice in tall glass; set aside. Combine ½ cup diced honeydew melon and 4 fresh basil leaves in a large cocktail shaker. Mash well with back of a wooden spoon or muddler. Stir in 1 ¼ cup water; cover and shake. Strain into ice-filled glass and enjoy.

Minty Watermelon-Lime Water

Place 1 cup ice in tall glass; set aside. Combine ½ cup diced watermelon, 3 slices fresh lime, and 4 fresh mint leaves in large cocktail shaker. Mash well with back of a wooden spoon or muddler. Stir in 1 ¼ cup water; cover and shake.
Strain into ice-filled glass and enjoy

Peachy Banana

Place 2 peaches, 1 banana, 1 handful of raspberries and 1/3 cup of water or almond milk in a blender and process until smooth.

Plum

Place 4 red or purple plums, ½ cup yoghurt, ¼ cup of nut milk and 1 tablespoon of honey in the blender and process on high until smooth. Serve immediately.

Mango Papaya

Place 1 orange, ½ lime, I small papaya and a few ice cubes in the blender and process on high until smooth. Serve immediately.

Pineapple Coconut

Put 2-1 inch rounds of pineapple (cored and cut into chunks), ½ cup coconut milk, ½  cup milk, and 2 tablespoons of honey in the blender and process until smooth.
