National Super App in Pakistan: One Platform for All Government Services

The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT) has started work on a National Super App in Pakistan, a one-stop platform that will bring all government services into one place.

This upcoming system is designed to make life easier for both citizens and businesses by offering quick, safe, and reliable access to public services at federal and provincial levels.

One-Stop Access to Government Services

The National Super App in Pakistan will allow people to:

• Renew driving licenses
• File taxes
• Apply for permits
• Access health and education services

All these services will be available online in multiple languages, with 24/7 access through mobile and web. This means fewer office visits and more convenience for everyone.

Citizen-Centric and Secure Digital Platform

The super app will use Pakistan’s National Digital Identity system, including NADRA’s digital ID for secure login and even biometric verification. Features like a personalized dashboard and single sign-on will make navigation fast and easy.

Security is a top priority. The app will follow international standards like GDPR and Pakistan’s own upcoming Personal Data Protection Bill. With advanced encryption and zero-trust security, users’ data will remain safe.

Digital Transformation Under DEEP

This project is part of the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP), supported by the World Bank. DEEP focuses on building a digital ecosystem that improves access to public services while increasing transparency and efficiency.

By digitizing workflows, the app will help the government save time, reduce manual work, and cut down costs. It will also improve tax compliance and revenue collection, making processes easier for both citizens and businesses.

Future-Ready and Scalable

The platform will not only provide free access to services but will also be ready for future features such as:
