Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan is gearing up to celebrate his 82nd birthday on October 11, and in a special gesture, his longtime admirer Aamir Khan, along with his son Junaid Khan, has planned a delightful surprise on the set of the popular quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati.

Teaser clips shared by the show’s creators offer fans a sneak peek of what promises to be a memorable episode.

In one promo, Aamir takes the hot seat and playfully quizzes Amitabh, asking, “Do you remember your wedding date?” Amitabh confidently responds, “June 3, 1973.” But when Aamir challenges him to prove it, the veteran actor appears momentarily unsure. To everyone’s amusement, Aamir then reveals Amitabh’s wedding invitation to Jaya Bachchan, proudly proclaiming, “I’ve proved I’m your number one fan.” The moment leaves Amitabh laughing, showcasing the playful bond between the two stars.

Another teaser features Aamir and Junaid sneaking onto the set, whispering to the camera, “Amit ji shouldn’t know we’re coming today.”

Aamir has often expressed his admiration for Amitabh. During a recent event, he shared a story about Amitabh’s dedication on the set of a Prakash Mehra film, recalling how the legendary actor meticulously rehearsed a scene, despite having already delivered multiple takes. Aamir remarked, “Even without monitors, Amit ji was completely absorbed in perfecting the moment.”

The two actors previously worked together in the 2018 film Thugs of Hindustan, though the film did not fare well at the box office.

Amitabh, last seen in the hit film Kalki 2898 AD, is now preparing for the release of his next film Vettaiyan, co-starring Rajinikanth, on October 10.
