Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan recently shared an emotional story from the set of Koi Mil Gaya, where he was unexpectedly slapped by veteran actress Rekha during a key scene. Hrithik recalled how Rekha’s commitment to her role as his character Rohit’s mother caught him off guard. Although Hrithik had initially thought she was joking, Rekha informed him she would slap him to make the scene realistic. As the cameras rolled, Rekha’s slap was so forceful and unexpected that it left Hrithik in tears, creating an unforgettable moment of authenticity in the film.

Hrithik noted that his father, Rakesh Roshan, the director, never cancels a shoot, so he had to continue despite the unexpected intensity.
