Ingredients
Romaine lettuce 50gram
Lollo Rossa lettuce 25gram
Chicken breast 100gram
Parmesan cheese 10gram
Tomato cherry 10gram
Caesar dressing 45ml
Method
Arrange a marinated chicken breast. Preheat your grill to high heat. While grill is preheating, arrange lettuce and tomato cherry in a salad bowl.
Cook both sides of the chicken breast on the grill for 6 minutes.
Remove chicken from the grill and when cool enough to handle, slice into stripes. Arrange lettuce and chicken on top of the salad and serve with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
