Aamir Khan death threat reports have sparked widespread discussion after claims surfaced that the Bollywood superstar was allegedly threatened by individuals claiming to be linked with the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang. While the alleged threat has gone viral on social media, authorities have launched an investigation, and its authenticity has not yet been independently verified.
According to Indian media reports, Mumbai Police are looking into the matter after receiving information about a social media post and an accompanying voice note that allegedly contained threats directed at the actor.

The controversy began after a social media post circulated online from accounts claiming to represent members of the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang. In the post, individuals identifying themselves as Arzu Bishnoi and Tyson Bishnoi accused Aamir Khan of supporting what they described as “Love Jihad.”
The post further claimed that the actor was promoting ideas they considered harmful to cultural and religious values. It also included threatening language, warning that he could face consequences if such actions continued.
However, there has been no official confirmation that the social media accounts or the statements are genuinely connected to the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang.
The viral post also referred to a separate criminal case involving the alleged kidnapping and assault of a 13-year-old girl in Rajasthan’s Sri Ganganagar district.
According to the message, those behind the post warned that if anyone attempted to protect the accused in that case, they would take matters into their own hands. Authorities have not established any connection between this separate incident and Aamir Khan.
Following the circulation of the alleged threat, Mumbai Police reportedly initiated an inquiry after receiving details through the Facebook post and a voice recording.
At the time of writing, neither Aamir Khan nor his representatives have publicly commented on the matter. Reports also suggest that no formal complaint has been filed by the actor or his team.
Police are expected to verify the source of the messages before reaching any conclusions about their authenticity.
The Lawrence Bishnoi Gang has repeatedly made headlines for issuing threats to Bollywood celebrities, particularly Salman Khan.
In 2024, the gang claimed responsibility for the firing incident outside Salman Khan’s Mumbai residence. The group has long maintained that its hostility toward the actor is linked to the 1998 blackbuck hunting case.
Because of this history, any alleged threat associated with the gang quickly attracts public attention and prompts security agencies to investigate.
For now, the reported Aamir Khan death threat remains under investigation. Officials have not confirmed the credibility of the social media posts or voice note, and no official statement has been released by the actor.
As authorities continue their inquiry, more verified information is expected to emerge in the coming days.
