A comment made inside the Tamasha house has prompted a public clarification from one of the reality show’s most familiar former winners.

Actress Aruba Mirza, who won Tamasha Season 2, has responded to digital creator Samiya Hijab’s recent statement on Tamasha Season 5, in which Samiya reportedly said that Aruba had encouraged her to join the reality show.

Aruba addressed the matter through Instagram, explaining that she normally prefers not to respond to such situations publicly. However, because the statement was made during a national television broadcast, she felt it was necessary to set the record straight.

Aruba Mirza Rejects the Claim

In her statement, Aruba directly denied having pushed Samiya to become part of Tamasha.

According to Aruba, the two women have met only once and do not have the kind of personal relationship that would have resulted in her persuading Samiya to enter the show.

She wrote that she wanted to clarify the situation because the version presented on television did not reflect her understanding of their relationship.

Aruba’s response was firm, but she stopped short of turning the clarification into a personal attack. She specifically stated that she had nothing against Samiya and wished her well.
