Almond Joy Protein Shake Smoothie Recipe

3 tsbp Almond butter
3 pitted dates
1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
1.5 cups rice milk (or milk of choice)
1/3 banana

Place all the ingredients in high-speed blender and process until smooth.
