New Balance Fuel Core Sonic

By

The New Balance Fuel Core Sonic has all the requirements of a solid trainer for jogging big miles, a stable reactive midsole, beefy outsole and durable upper with a great fit. The Boa lacing might seem a bit gimmicky, but it does a great job of allocating pressure and is mischievously fast to put on and take off, which supports those sluggish early morning runs.

The midsole is a responsive, firm unit that can take hundreds of miles of pounding without breaking down. The 6mm drop emphasizes this presentation trainer DNA that flows from the firm midsole. Coming onto the shape of the sole, the performance DNA endures with the dissimilar toe curl upwards, something you’ll see on most racing shoes.

The outsole, however, is where the presentation DNA ends and the strength aspect of this shoe shines. There is a lot of rubber down there, and not only that but it’s a hard material.

What that means is that while this sole will be able to handle tons of miles, don’t assume it to impart tons of grip on wet roads. Even with a bit of wetness you can feel them starting to slip when you start pushing the step.

We totally recommend the New Balance Fuel Core Sonic to any runner looking to jog stern miles in a neutral performance trainer that can take a beating and keep on performing. You can buy the men’s model in $109 and the women’s model which comes in pink color in $109 as well.
