Gilamina Ayesha Shot Dead in Taxila: Police Investigate Alleged Threats

The Pakistani TikTok community has been left shaken following the death of young content creator Shamsu Bibi, known on social media as Gilamina Ayesha, who was reportedly shot dead in Taxila.

Ayesha, who had built a following of more than one million people on TikTok, was traveling in a car when armed attackers allegedly approached the vehicle on motorcycles and opened fire.

Young TikToker Killed in Taxila Shooting

According to the available details, Ayesha had received a phone call before leaving her home in Taxila. Her 12-year-old sister was traveling with her at the time of the incident.

The attackers allegedly targeted their car, opening fire and fatally injuring Ayesha. The vehicle subsequently crashed. Her younger sister also sustained serious injuries and is currently an important eyewitness to the incident.

The tragic shooting has raised questions about the circumstances surrounding the attack, particularly as the family has reportedly pointed towards an ongoing dispute involving the deceased.

Alleged Threats Under Investigation

Reports indicate that Ayesha had financial dealings with two individuals and had allegedly been receiving threats from them. Following her death, her father registered a First Information Report (FIR) against the individuals named in connection with the matter.

Police are now investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting. Investigators are also expected to examine Ayesha’s social media activity and call records as part of their efforts to establish what happened before the attack and identify those responsible.
