Pakistani actress and former model Fahima Awan recently opened up about one of the most emotional chapters of her life, reflecting on her late husband and the things she wishes she had expressed before his sudden passing.
The actress appeared on NJ Spotlight, hosted by Ali Salman, where she spoke candidly about her personal journey, her marriage, and the decision that took her away from modeling at the height of her career.
Known for her work in popular Pakistani dramas including Kamzarf, Fitoor, Siyani, Dorr, and Baitiyaan, Fahima began her career in modeling before stepping away from the industry following her marriage.

During the conversation, Fahima became emotional while discussing the loss of her husband. Looking back, she admitted that there were feelings she never had the opportunity to fully express.
“I think there were many things left unsaid. I think I could not thank him enough. I should have thanked him,” she shared.
Her words offered a deeply personal glimpse into the grief that can accompany losing someone unexpectedly, particularly when there are conversations and expressions of gratitude left unfinished.
Fahima also recalled how her marriage came about. According to the actress, she was introduced to a woman who eventually became her sister-in-law.
The two women immediately connected and exchanged compliments. At the time, the woman was looking for a suitable proposal for her brother, who was an army officer. Fahima recalled thinking that marrying someone from the army was a possibility she could consider.
What followed happened remarkably quickly.
She explained that her future sister-in-law invited her to dinner, where several people had the opportunity to meet her. Soon afterward, the proposal came, and Fahima got married within a week through a Nikah.

Marriage marked a major turning point in Fahima’s life and career. After getting married, she stepped away from the entertainment industry and spent time traveling and exploring different parts of Pakistan with her husband.
Her return to the media came in 2016. Fahima explained that financial circumstances eventually played a role in her decision to rejoin the industry.
Her journey since then has seen her establish herself as a television actress, adding a new chapter to a career that had begun in modeling.
Fahima Awan’s latest conversation offered more than a look back at her professional journey. Her emotional recollections highlighted the deeply personal experiences that shaped the choices she made throughout her life.
From leaving modeling after marriage to returning to television years later, her story reflects a career and personal journey marked by significant transitions. Her heartfelt comments about her late husband also showed how some emotions remain with us long after a chapter of life has ended.
