HUGE WEAPONS AND LIQUOR SEIZURE IN BALOCHISTAN

The Pakistan Coast Guards, acting on intelligence reports, launched an operation in the Musa Goth area of Balochistan’s Gwadar district. During the search, they seized a large cache of weapons, including 226 Glock pistols with magazines, 34 Beretta pistols, 145 30-bore pistols, and 140 additional magazines, according to Express News. The weapons were taken into custody, and legal proceedings have been initiated, with suspicions that the arsenal was intended for terrorist activities.
In a separate operation in the Gadani area, the Coast Guards confiscated 959 bottles of foreign liquor and 2,203 cans of beer. Additionally, in Gwadar, they seized 332 kilograms of hashish.
In Winder and Othal, authorities discovered 44.5 kilograms of heroin hidden in a house and nearby bushes, leading to the arrest of two individuals. Legal actions have been initiated against them.
According to a spokesperson for the Pakistan Coast Guards, the estimated value of the seized liquor and heroin in the international market is approximately 60 million rupees.
Earlier, the Pakistan Coast Guards conducted major anti-narcotics operations in Balochistan, recovering drugs worth $34.241 million. In previous operations, significant quantities of narcotics were seized in the Pasni and Uthal areas.
In one of these operations in Pasni, the Coast Guards confiscated 187 bags of drugs, weighing over 2,000 kilograms, with an international market value of $34.241 million.
