Recipe For Fish Fillet

INGREDIENTS
For Marinating:
Red Snapper or any
other boneless fish ½ Kg
Mustard sauce 2 Tbsp
Vinegar 3 Tbsp
Salt ½ Tsp
Pepper ½ Tsp
Lemon juice 2 Tbsp
Crushed red chilies 1Tbsp
For Coating:
Eggs 2 beaten
Milk 3 Tb sp
Bread crumbs
(unsweetened) 1 cup
Oil for frying
METHOD
Marinate fish with salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice and crushed chilies. Leave it for half and hour. In a separate bowl beat eggs and milk together and coat the fillets into this mixture. Now for the final coating cover the fillet with bread crumb. Once coated with crumbs, immediately deep fry the fish on low heat. Serve with tartar sauce and chips.
TIPS:
Always buy fresh fish.
Sea fish is slightly salted be careful while adding the salt.
Always use unsweetened crumbs.
